As an Assistant Store Manager in our Premium Fashion Outlet in Kuta, Bali, you will be at the heart of our retail operations, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.
In this role, you will manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets. You will also oversee inventory management, using tools like SAP and HUGO BOSS Retail Management System (RMS) to optimize stock levels and reduce waste. Additionally, you will participate in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and contribute to the overall success of our outlet.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, using SAP and HUGO BOSS RMS to track stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
- Participate in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager and regional headquarters.
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Promote the HUGO BOSS brand and drive customer engagement through in-store events and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve store goals and objectives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record in driving sales and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
- Familiarity with retail management software, such as SAP and HUGO BOSS RMS.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
