📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of drivers and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.,Plan and coordinate all transportation routes and schedules.,Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and safe for use.,Monitor and report on the performance of the team and vehicles.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the team is aware of any potential hazards.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with all team members and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of drivers.,Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Sidoarjo.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the transportation industry.
