📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during fertility procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document all anesthesia-related activities and patient responses accurately.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesia techniques and fertility treatments.
• Provide pre-anesthesia and post-anesthesia care to patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance teamwork and skills.
• Adhere to Morula IVF's policies and procedures, as well as national and international standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from a recognized board, such as the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in anesthesia, with a focus on fertility procedures.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the surgical team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
