📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate import and export processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Monitor and comply with international trade regulations, including customs clearance and documentation requirements.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP and Oracle to track shipments and manage inventory.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of import/export operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on import/export procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with English is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a multinational or international environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
