📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.,Conduct employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build a strong and diverse workforce.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide strategic advice.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging HR trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
