🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (S-1/S-2) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in the relevant surgical specialty (e.g., General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, etc.).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in surgical practice, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
