📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen job applicants through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
