📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing the section's daily operations and activities.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Prepare and present reports to the Section Head and other relevant stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.,Support the Section Head in the development and implementation of the section's strategic plans.,Assist in the organization and management of the section's budget and resources.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
