📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
