Bay Shine Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and professional Deputy Butler to join our team in Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our Head Butler in managing the household operations, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing household operations and ensuring smooth daily activities.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.,Handle and manage household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain and organize household records and documents.,Coordinate with service providers for household needs such as cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the household, including common areas and guest rooms.,Handle and manage household budgets and expenses.,Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and functions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in a high-end household management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff effectively.,Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Familiarity with household management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
