📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.,Oversee the preparation of ingredients, cooking, and plating of food.,Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served in a timely manner.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Participate in menu development and cost analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deputy Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.
