📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in managing employee records and maintaining personnel files.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and appraisals.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
