📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on customer satisfaction.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the store meets all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
