As an Engineering Construction Management Staff at J&T Express, you'll spearhead the construction of state-of-the-art Gateway facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Gateway construction projects, from initial planning to final handover.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Coordinate with engineering, architectural, and contractor teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction managers and engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation and sustainability in infrastructure development.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse infrastructure is a plus.
