📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the logistics hub, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Coordinate between various teams including warehouse, delivery, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
• Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a high-volume hub environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
