📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Help organize and participate in employee training and development programs.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing office supplies and coordinating meetings.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and contribute your insights to the team.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and issues.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
