In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and serviced efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, fueling, and servicing.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, providing regular reports to management.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry standards and best practices.
