📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and address customer concerns and complaints promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or branch management.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail or banking industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
