📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee performance management, including appraisals and training programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR-related issues.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
