📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily machine operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes.,Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to address any issues or inefficiencies.,Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation procedures and safety protocols.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure they are in good working condition.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow and meet production targets.,Maintain accurate records of machine operation and maintenance activities.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine operation efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading machine operations.,Strong knowledge of machine operation procedures and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Familiarity with quality control and continuous improvement processes.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different work sites as needed.
