Pratama Pharmaceutical is looking for a Lead QC Inspector to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products. As a Lead QC Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, guiding your team, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of QC Inspectors to maintain high-quality standards.,Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products.,Investigate and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies.,Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.,Provide technical support and training to the production team.,Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QC Inspection, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality assurance.,Proficient in using quality control equipment and software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
