As an Open Pit Engineer at PT Bangka Mining Solutions, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising open-pit mining activities. You will work closely with a team of engineers, geologists, and environmental specialists to ensure that our mining projects are executed safely and efficiently. Utilizing industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight, you will create detailed plans and models to guide mining operations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Plan, design, and oversee open-pit mining operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for new mining projects.
- Supervise drilling and blasting activities to meet production targets.
- Monitor and control mining equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mining processes.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement safety protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in open-pit mining operations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
- Certification in mining safety and environmental management.
- Strong understanding of mining regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
