Pro Store Jaya is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a retail environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Manage and coordinate the work of the store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
