The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth business processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the sales database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote sales campaigns and events.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.,Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or logistics industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
