📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a qualified and diverse workforce.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Oversee employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.,Conduct regular employee reviews and provide feedback and coaching to support professional development.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations and provide training to employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
