📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address concerns,Train and develop store staff to improve performance,Prepare and present regular reports to management on store performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Understanding of sales and marketing principles,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
