📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns.,Provide expert advice on tax-related matters to senior management and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.,Manage and mentor junior tax professionals to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues and disputes.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all tax-related transactions and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a multinational or large corporation.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate and individual income tax, VAT, and other related taxes.,Proficiency in tax software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant tax management tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
