Stripe is looking for a talented Services Consultant to join our Scaled Professional Services team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to help them leverage Stripe's platform to achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, technical support, and strategic guidance to ensure our clients' success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and technical support to clients to help them leverage Stripe's platform effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to meet clients' business objectives and improve their operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Stripe's solutions into clients' systems.,Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.,Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.,Conduct regular reviews and provide reports on client performance and progress.,Participate in client onboarding and training programs to ensure successful adoption of Stripe's solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably in the fintech or technology industry.,Strong understanding of financial services and payment processing technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Proven track record of delivering results and meeting client expectations.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with Stripe's platform and products is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
