📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress using Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project status and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the project manager.
• Maintain open communication with the project team to ensure everyone is aligned and motivated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in Bali.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction software, including Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with local regulations and permits required for construction projects in Bali.
