📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage all engineering operations to ensure optimal performance of production machinery and systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Represent Mayora Indah at industry events and conferences to network and share best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record in FMCG manufacturing.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PLM systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
