📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Early Years Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Support students in developing essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and social-emotional learning.
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes children's curiosity and creativity.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting students' progress and development.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a strong home-school connection.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to support the overall learning experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
